eBay PROFIT & LOSS EXCEL SPREADSHEET
This Excel spreadsheet is all you need to keep up with your Monthly & Year-To-Date sales, fees, customer information and profit/loss data. Enter your information and it will automatically calculate your Final Value Fee, PayPal fees and profit or loss for each item.
Updated to reflect new 2006 eBay changes on the March tab.

Very user friendly! Color coded. Comment boxes on the headers that explains what is to be entered in that column. As you scroll down, the Header row stays at the top, so you always know what column you're working in. After transaction is complete, select the box and the row is highlighted yellow. Easy to tell which transactions are finished and which ones still need your attention.
This is also great to use to determine what price to start your item.
Column headers have comment boxes that explains what data needs to go in that cell. Put the cursor in the orange header and the Information box pops up, even cost for Insert fees so you don't have to look them up everytime. Select the Completed box when the transaction is done and the row turns yellow. Calculates Final Value Fees for Auction or Store sales, PayPal fees for U.S. or International payments.

Twelve tabs for each month of the year, PLUS one for inventory.
*Enter your information of your
item, quantity, retail cost, price you paid, & rate of sales tax.
*It calculates your total cost, your grand total for that item.
*Keep up with weight, new/used condition, shipping type, etc.
*Running totals at the top of the columns.
*Color coded for different items with running totals at the top.
*Keep up with what's listed and what needs to be listed!

*Enter date, auction number,
description, number of listing times, insert fees, your cost & shipping
cost, amount item sold for, shipping cost & insurance charged.
*It calculates the total, automatically calculates the Final Value
Fee (FVF) for auction sale or select for Store sale.
*Select for PayPal payments from US or International customer.
*Enter date paid, date shipped, check box for feedback and checkbox
for transaction completed. When this box is checked, the row becomes highlighted
so you know what has and has not been completed.
*You have a column for adjustments, then it totals your Profit
or Loss for that sale.
*Running totals are at the top of each column. There is a Buyer
Information column to enter your information and other blank columns for
your use.

*You do NOTHING! It pulls the information from the monthly sheets & shows you the Monthly and Yearly totals. Can't get any easier!!

If you don't have Microsoft Excel on your computer, there is a FREE downloadable program that will work. Please be patient, it does take a while for the spreadsheet to download and the only difference is when you check the boxes for PayPal payments and Transaction Completed the word "TRUE" is displayed, where as in Excel, that is hidden, but I am working on a fix for that.
