performed is a “work for hire” and will result in the creation and implementation
of a web site for your business or for personal use. Interactive Traffic shall own all rights to the work in its name and _______________________ shall own all rights to the work created in its name and once purchased will become the property of _____________________. ________________________ warrants that the work will be an original work that has not been in the public domain or previously created, and that the work will be free of any unauthorized extractions from other sources. ________________________ further understands that Interactive Traffic has the privilege of referring to you as a vendor in sales and marketing presentations and materials. Further, the services, products, or information that is not obtained from or a part of Interactive Traffic for the purpose of creating your web site and its successful operation will be the sole responsibility to purchase and maintain by _________________________ and at no time in the present or future is Interactive Traffic liable for damages or complaints against these parties and you agree not to bring legal bindings upon Interactive Traffic
for any reason. |
