National German Exam

NATIONAL GERMAN EXAM

Dr. Maila Zitelli, Minot State University is the current ND Chapter testing chair.  Please contact her for more information about participating in the National German Examination.  

 
 
National German Exam General Info
This exam is administered each year to high school students on the second, third and fourth level of German language study for measurement, placement and diagnostic purposes.

Outstanding secondary students can compete for a three- to four-week study trip to Germany, with a family stay and attendance at a Gymnasium and participation in tours.

Last testing period was Dec. 2006 - Jan. 2007
 

Congratulations to Eileen Huttlin, student of Aaron Gingrich, North Dakota.  Ms. Huttlin is an Alternate Study Trip Prizewinner for the American Association of Teachers of German National Exam.  Mr. Gingrich is a member of the AATG, North Dakota Chapter.
