Grateful for the religious Pluralism which enriches and ennobles our faith, we are inspired to deepen our understanding and expand our vision.

Joy Troyer is a batik artist and seminary student at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, CA. She initally learned to do batik from a book just before she turned 40. Since then she has taken studio art workshops at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California and through the Split Rock Arts Program at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Seminary courses at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities have provided Joy with an artistic direction. She create large wall art using subjects of nature, spirituality, and social justice.
